1. Old NORKA ID Card: A copy of the existing or expired ID card.

2. Passport Copy: Front and back pages showing valid address and identity.

3. Valid Visa Copy: Proof of current residence or work status abroad.

4. Passport Size Photo: A recent digital photograph with a plain background.

5. Contact Details: Current foreign mobile number and local Kerala address.
