Comprehensive assistance for all Sarathi (Driving License) and Vahan (Vehicle Registration) services. We help you navigate the Parivahan portal to ensure your vehicle and license documents are legally compliant.

1. Driving License (Sarathi) Services

• Services: New Learner’s License, Permanent DL, DL Renewal, Duplicate DL, and Address Change.

• Required Documents:

  • Aadhaar Card (linked to mobile number).

  • Existing Driving License (for renewal/duplicate).

  • Physical Fitness Declaration (Form 1) or Medical Certificate (Form 1A for age 40+).

  • Recent Passport size photograph.

2. Vehicle Registration (Vahan) Services

• Services: Ownership Transfer (RC Transfer), Hypothecation Termination (HP Removal), Duplicate RC, and Re-registration.

• Required Documents:

  • Original Registration Certificate (RC).

  • Valid Insurance Certificate.

  • Valid PUC (Pollution) Certificate.

  • Forms 29 & 30 (for Transfer) or Form 35 (for HP Removal).

  • Aadhaar of both Buyer and Seller (for RC Transfer).

3. Permits & Fitness Certificate

• Services: Fitness Certificate (FC) Renewal, Road Tax payment, and National/State Permits.

• Required Documents:

  • Vehicle RC Book.

  • Tax Receipt of previous years.

  • Pencil print of the Chassis number.

  • Vehicle must be present for physical inspection at the RTO.
